How I Work:
Getting in Touch with Me:
The best way to reach me is by email, at email@example.com. All emails will be replied to within 24 hours of my business hours. If you need to get in touch with me immediately, texting works best. My phone number is: 984-221-0546. My business hours are 9am-4pm EST, Monday-Friday. During that time, you can expect replies to emails even faster.
When to Expect my Work:
Please allow me up to 2 weeks to review your completed onboarding questionnaire and fully embody your brand voice to prepare the first draft for you (I may also contact you to schedule a Clarity Call during this time). I allow up to 2 rounds of edits, with 3-5 days for me to make necessary edits and prepare a final draft. Once the final draft is prepared and sent to you, I will not make any additional edits to the content.
I understand things pop up and you might need help immediately. For rush jobs that are not a part of the standard service, you will be charged an extra $5 per hour if less than 24 hours notice is given.
I do take off work for U.S. federal holidays such as New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. You will be notified 4 weeks in advance if other holiday or vacation plans are in the works.
Referrals are my favorite way to gain new clients! Any time that you generously make a referral, please let me know. If the client does follow through and book me, I will send you 10% of their first payment as a thank you!
